Venessa Coake USE.jpg

Venessa Coake, FNP

Venessa was born and raised in Wythe County. She attended Walden University and obtained Masters Degree with the primary focus of Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2014 with honors. She practiced in Family Practice from 2014 to 2020. Since that time she has been practicing in oncology. Venessa realized her passion was truly family practice and therefore joined Tri-Area Community Health

Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner Venessa completed the Associate Degree Registered Nurse Program at Wytheville Community College in 1994. Attended Old Dominion University and graduated with honors with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2001.

Venessa has an extensive background in many different areas of nursing to include medical/surgical/pediatrics, critical care, emergency care, home health, hospice, quality assurance, staff education development, quality assurance and administrative positions.

She is an active member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Oncology Nursing Society, and National Society of Leadership & Success, Sigma Alpha Pi.

Hailie Cushman, LPC, M.Ed.

Hailie Cushman is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is licensed in the state of Virginia and North Carolina.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Radford University, and her Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development through Lindsey Wilson College. She has a variety of experience in clinical outpatient and inpatient counseling services for youth and adults as well as crisis services and evaluation. She assisted a school district in the start-up of a School-Based Mental Health program in North Carolina to allow easier access to services for school-aged children.

Susan Huff, LPN

Susan has bene an LPN since 1990. After hospital and nursing home positions, she began working with Dr. Dan Worrell in 1994. With his retirement in 2024, she began serving our community with Tri-Area Community Health and Carroll County Public Schools. She enjoys spending time with her family and being active in church at Blue Ridge Fellowship.

Robin S. Graham

Robin serves as a Behavior Health Educator and Outreach for CCHS, CCMS and the RAE Center. She is a former teacher with CCPS and possesses a B.S. in Social Science Education and a M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction from Virginia Tech. She is married to Tommy, and they have two sons, Mason and Lucas. She is also very active with the Hillsville United Methodist Church and Fuller Center for Housing.
