What Are COVID Symptoms?
COVID symptoms can easily be confused with the common cold, allergies, or flu. If you notice any of the following, please contact our staff to schedule an appointment so we can help determine the cause:
Cough or shortness of breath
Fever or chills
Sudden loss of taste or smell
Body aches or fatigue
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

If you come to us with COVID symptoms, we will see you by appointment in person in Laurel Fork and Ferrum or by technology at any site, and our team will provide an accurate diagnosis and help you with the next steps.
Affordable and Accessible Services
Our staff is proud to deliver quality care to all our neighbors. We won’t ever turn a patient away due to their inability to pay. If you need medical care, we invite you to apply for our sliding scale program; if you need medications to treat COVID symptoms or other conditions, we invite you to apply for our medical assistance programs (MAP). Uninsured and underinsured patients who qualify can access low-cost medications and healthcare services through our sliding scale and MAP.
